Because our products are live plants, we cannot offer standard returns or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there is a concern with the condition of your clones upon arrival or collection:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Provide your order details and clear photos of the issue

This helps us assess the situation quickly and fairly.

 

3. Resolution

Depending on the nature of the issue, resolutions may include:

  • Replacement clones (where possible)

  • Partial credit

  • No action, if the issue falls outside our control (such as incorrect care or delayed collection)
